The admission will be allowed only for the candidate who will fill-up the form issued by the institute available at our office with payment of Rs. 150/- directly or Rs. 200/- by post against bank draft under the name of “SHIVAM HIGHER EDUCATION FOUNDATIONS”, payable at Purnea and qualified the entrance examination conducted by institute. The educational requirement for ANM course is Intermediate or equivalent. The candidate will be required to produce a medical certificate declaring that the candidate is mentally and physically fit to undertake the course and does not suffer from any contagious diseases. The candidates will also give an undertaking that they will not participate in any ragging activities.

Final Admission is subject to verify the all documents of the student.
Every student must be attend at least 80% of the total classes in theory, practical and clinical training. A candidates who do not attend 80% of classes will not be allowed to appear in the examination conducted by the “Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna”.
Normally all the teaching schedule and examination will be done in both Hindi & English medium. For training the weak students separate arrangement will be made by the institute for training free of cost. For rural & weak students special lectures will be delivered in Hindi so that students understands the subjects.
